In light of the digital transformation taking place across higher education institutions, Dr. Doaa Mohi El-Din, a faculty member at the Faculty of Computers and Information Systems, has emerged as an academic model that combines scientific expertise with administrative leadership through her contributions to the development of artificial intelligence programs, quality enhancement, and the creation of an educational environment based on innovation and excellence.

Dr. Doaa holds leadership roles in developing the educational process, contributing to the coordination of the Artificial Intelligence Program within the quality assurance framework, participating in the preparation of the program’s strategic plans, monitoring performance indicators, and developing academic courses in line with the latest global trends and labor market requirements.

She also plays an active role in academic advising by supporting students academically and professionally, guiding them in selecting their academic pathways, supervising graduation projects, and developing their research and innovation skills, thereby contributing to the preparation of graduates capable of competing locally and internationally.

At the leadership level, she has led academic and organizational teams in implementing numerous initiatives and training programs and has contributed to managing multidisciplinary teams in carrying out research and educational projects, with a focus on teamwork, knowledge transfer, and empowering team members to achieve their goals efficiently.
